• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.

• Authorization Letter must include: the name of the party the successful bidder is authorizing to perform removal, the sale and lot number of the item(s), and copy of purchaser's receipt with the buyer's signature.
