FEATURES: Raised 3-person aluminum cabin; walk-around deck; forward & aft tow post; four quarter mooring posts; push knees; 6" rubber fendering around sheer & on push knees; electronics and navigation equipment include VHF, depth sounder and GPS all reported to be operational.

DISCREPANCIES (INCLUDE BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO): Boats mechanical system (Shaft, bearings, seals) needs extensive work and currently will not clutch into drive.    

Removal: The Navy will assist in loading the boat on to a truck/trailer for removal by land or place the boat in the water for removal (towed) by waterway. Please plan accordingly.

**** Hull, mechanical and electrical and systems should be tested/repaired prior to vessel operation. Electrical systems were not energized and mechanical systems were not rotated during the inspection used to prepare the boat or equipment offered for sale. Repairs may be required to make operational. Any law enforcement/military equipment that appears in a photo will be removed by the government prior to the sale. These items include gun mounts, blue lights, sirens and specialized radios and their mounts.

****Lifting slings, rigging gear and shackles, if provided, may not be certified or serviceable. It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to ensure that any hoisting and rigging gear purchased with a boat is certified and serviceable prior to using it to hoist the boat. Please plan removal accordingly.

****The successful bidder is responsible for the proper disposal of oily water that may have accumulated in the boat. No work other than the disposal of oily water may be accomplished prior to removal without the express written consent of the contracting officer of record.

****Successful bidders are cautioned that they will be solely responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located.  

*****SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A PURCHASER'S RECEIPT (BILL OF SALE). A QUASI-TITLE WILL BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST FROM THE NAVY FOR TITLING/REGISTERING THE VESSEL.
