Overview

This lot contains (5) Ridgeline 4-drawer lateral filing cabinets, (20) 3-drawer pedestal filing cabinets, and (13) 2-drawer pedestal filing cabinets. Items are in used condition. The cabinets feature steel construction and remain in original packaging. Items have been stored in warehouse and office environments, including non-climate-controlled spaces. The lateral filing cabinets have not been opened or function-tested. No functional testing has been performed on the pedestal filing cabinets.

Condition & Markings

• This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
• All items remain in original packaging which may show signs of long-term warehouse storage.
• Packaging may exhibit dust, cosmetic wear, or abrasion from extended storage conditions.
• Items may have oxidation due to non-climate-controlled storage environments.
• No keys, accessories, or additional components have been verified.
• No verification of internal components or locking mechanisms has been performed.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
