• Special Shipping Notice: All items will be shipped via agency transportation at no cost to the purchaser. Pickup is not allowed. Purchasers must provide ship-to address, two points of contact with phone numbers, receiving warehouse days and hours of operation, and maximum number of 53-foot trucks that can be handled per day to the holding agency contact listed on the SF123 form.
