• Special Shipping Requirements: All items will be shipped via agency transportation at agency cost. No pickup is allowed. Buyers must provide ship-to address, two points of contact with phone numbers, days and hours of operations at receiving warehouse, and maximum number of 53' trucks that can be handled per day.
