Only people who are either U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) are allowed purchase this property. The following must be presented prior to the removal of this property:

• A current and undamaged U.S. Passport; or
• Two forms of identification to include (1) proof of U.S Citizenship in the form of a certified birth certificate issued by the city, county or State; Consular Report of Birth Abroad or Certification of Birth (Form FS-240, FS-545 or DS-1350); or Naturalization Certificate (Form N-550 or N-570) or Certificate of Citizenship (Form N-560 or N-561), and (2) proof of identification in the form of a Government or State issued photo ID.

These items were functioning in a production environment prior to removal for decommissioning. Switch/router devices have been returned to factory default settings, and hard drives have been sanitized. (1232RL-6196-0001)

• This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
• Hard drives and tape cartridges have been removed (if applicable) as part of decommissioning and properly disposed of under OCIO-CTS Regulation 8223-008-R, Media Sanitization & Disposal Security Procedure.
• Power cords, accessories and software may or may not be included.
• Parts and pieces may be missing.
• May contain defects not immediately detectable.

• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• All items awarded must be removed and cannot be disposed of on Federal property.
