Condition & Markings

• This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
• Only approximately 25 power cables are included with the 50 monitors.
• Items are loose and not palletized or boxed.
• Equipment is sold without cleaning or repair.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Site Access Requirements: This is a US Government site. ID is required, and you must be a U.S. citizen to gain access.
• Local Pickup Only: No packaging or shipping is available from this location without direct coordination and approval from the listed point of contact.
• Packaging Requirements: You will need to bring your own method for packaging as items are not palletized or boxed.
• Loading Responsibility: USCIS and its contractors shall not be responsible for any damages to vehicles or trailers during pickup and loading. The party picking up equipment is responsible for load securement to their vehicle or trailer.
