• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.

• Local pickup only. No packaging or shipping is available from this location without direct coordination and approval from the listed point of contact.
• All items listed will be sold as one lot and sold with no warranty/guarantee.
• The bidder is responsible for pickup, packing, shipping, transporting, loading, or harnessing of property.
