Condition & Markings

• The items appear to be new/unused and usable remaining sheets.
• Inspection is recommended to determine quantity, condition, and type of materials included.
• Model compatibility, usability, and sizes should be verified through inspection.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• The successful bidder will be required to take the entire lot.
• Multiple loads and site visits may be necessary.
• The bidder will be responsible to load and secure material prior to leaving site and should expect no assistance with loading or securement of the property.
• Property can be viewed and picked up upon successful allocation Monday through Friday, 0700-1400 hours.
• Prior notice of at least 24 hours will be required before access is granted.
• Government issued or state issued ID is required as building site is a federal property.
• Only the person identified on the transfer order, or their agent identified in writing will be allowed to pick up the property.
