The item has been stored indoors and remains suitable for reutilization, subject to buyer inspection.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, excluding federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Additional Information: All buyers and representatives must comply with VA facility access controls. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in, and buyers will receive a locally issued visitor pass. Access to removal areas may require escort based on facility policy. Only individuals listed on the purchaser's documentation or carrying a signed authorization letter will be allowed onsite for pickup. The elliptical is located on the second floor, and no loading dock is available at the pickup site. Buyers are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment, tools, manpower, and appropriate vehicles to safely move, lower, and load the unit. VA staff are unable to assist with lifting, carrying, or loading. The equipment is not packed, and buyers must supply any padding, wrapping, boxes, or transport materials they require. A signed purchaser's receipt must be presented prior to removal.
