This lot consists of three (3 EA) BH Fitness LK500Ti commercial treadmills. Units were originally acquired in 2020 and have been stored inside a clean warehouse gym environment. All treadmills appear complete, with consoles, handrails, safety keys, and running decks present. No broken housings or missing components noted in visual inspection. Cosmetics show normal wear consistent with age and typical institutional use. AND one (1) NuStep Giant XTC1 stationary recumbent trainer. The unit has been stored indoors in a clean warehouse gym environment. Visual inspection shows the unit is complete, including seat, handles, pedals, fan‑resistance housing, frame supports, and display console. No cracked housings or missing external parts noted.

Condition:
Used. Functional status not tested. Units show normal wear such as minor scuffs, dust, or surface marks. Consoles and control panels visually intact with no missing buttons. Running belts appear in good physical condition based on visual inspection.
