Condition & Markings

• This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
• Items are sold without guarantee as to condition, weight limits, or included parts.
• Buyer must inspect items on-site and identify specific desks for purchase using reference pictures.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available during operating hours of 8AM to 3PM at the VHSO Warehouse. Buyer is required to arrange for prompt onsite pickup upon sale.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Additional Information: Freight arrangements will not be provided by the selling agency.
