HAZARDOUS MATERIALS STATEMENT:

Purchaser must complete and sign the Hazardous Materials Form located in the Documents section of this offering and submit it to [email protected]. The purchaser is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental, safety, transportation, and disposal laws and regulations. Award of property will not be made until the required form has been received.

This lot contains (1) commercial refrigerator and/or freezer manufactured by Forma Scientific model 916, (1) ultra-low freezer manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific model TSE320D, (1) ultra-low freezer manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific model 905, and (2) ultra-low freezers manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific model 904. The lot is in used condition.

Condition & Markings

  • This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
  • Units were functional when removed from service.

Inspection and Removal

  • Inspection and Removal: Available 8:00am-3:30pm CST, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on weekends and holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
  • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
  • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
  • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
  • Additional Information: Items must be removed within 10 days of winning bid, by appointment only.
