Award of property will not be made until the required form has been received.

This lot contains (1) Nor-Lake Scientific model NSPR522WSW/0 refrigerator, (2) Nor-Lake Scientific model NSPR241SSS/0 refrigerators, and (3) Nor-Lake Scientific model NSPR522SSS/0 refrigerators. The item is in used condition. These units were working when removed from service.

Condition & Markings

• This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
• Units were functional when removed from service, but unknown repairs may be required.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available by confirmed appointment only. Office and dock hours are 8:00am-3:30pm CST, closed on weekends and holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Additional Information: Items must be removed within 10 days of winning bid, by appointment only.
