• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• ALL shipping or transportation costs for this property are the responsibility of the recipient.
• There is NO packing OR shipping from this location.
• PICK UP ONLY. PICK UP DURING NORMAL DOCK HOURS (9:00A - 3:00P) - Monday thru Friday.
• TRUCK DIMENSIONS CANNOT EXCEED 12 FT HIGH AND 24 FT LENGTH.
• Pick-up truck, flat bed, or box truck only. No enclosed trailers or semis with flatbeds.
• Please bring the PPMS form(s) upon arrival for release authorization.
