Condition & Markings

• This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
• The A3 Series microscope shows typical wear from prior clinical use with cosmetic condition that may include scuffs or surface wear.
• The G3 microscope exhibits normal signs of use and may have cosmetic imperfections.
• The MAXI28 exam chair has expected wear from operational clinic use and may have cosmetic blemishes but appears structurally intact.
• The S170001D ENT cabinet shows normal operational wear and may have scuffs, marks, or minor cosmetic defects.
• The S180001D treatment cabinet shows typical signs of use and may have cosmetic wear or material peeling on exterior surfaces.
• No full functional testing has been performed on any units and operational status is not guaranteed.
• Vacuum and compressor condition on the ENT cabinet is not guaranteed.
• Functional status of lighting, suction, or pressure systems on the treatment cabinet has not been fully tested.
• No accessories or camera components are included unless shown in photos.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Buyer is responsible for all removal and handling.

The successful bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to [email protected] prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification.
