This lot contains (1 EA) pallet of medical expendable supplies. The items are classified in new/unused condition. The supplies are packaged in various boxes and containers on a single pallet for bulk distribution. *SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATION OF SHIPPING/FREIGHT CHARGES AND RESPONSIBLE FOR LEADING,PACKING AND REMOVAL OF ALL PROPERTY AWARDED TO THEM FROM THE EXACT PLACE WHERE THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED.

The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to [email protected] before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received.

NEW POLICY: You MUST be a U.S. Citizen to bid on the following properties: electronics, laboratory equipment, and medical equipment.

Condition & Markings

  • This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
  • The supplies are palletized and wrapped in clear plastic for shipping and storage.
  • Various manufacturer boxes are visible including Baxter branded medical supplies.
  • Individual boxes show shipping labels and product identification markings.
  • The pallet appears to be standard warehouse configuration with mixed box sizes.
  • Items are sold as is with no warranty on individual components.

Inspection and Removal

  • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
  • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
  • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
  • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
  • Additional Requirements: Successful bidders are responsible for coordination of shipping/freight charges and responsible for loading, packing and removal of all property awarded to them from the exact place where the property is located.
