The furniture consists of 59 individual pieces including waiting room chairs, bench seats, office desk chairs, exam stools, and one rocking chair. All items show signs of general wear from institutional use and warehouse storage.

Condition & Markings

• This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
• All pieces vary in age, appearance, and overall condition with signs of general wear including scuffs, scratches, fading, worn upholstery, or minor structural looseness from long-term use.
• The entire lot has been stored in a non-weather-proof warehouse which may have exposed the furniture to dust, humidity fluctuations, and general environmental wear.
• None of the items are in original manufacturer packaging and several may have been stored in bulk or stacked configurations.
• The 11 green waiting room chairs display typical signs of use such as scuffs, fading, or light wear.
• The 11 miscellaneous waiting room chairs show varying cosmetic wear with mixed styles, colors, and designs.
• The 4 bench seats may show wear from regular use including scratches, dents, or finish loss.
• The 10 extra-wide chairs show expected wear from public and office environments.
• The wood and vinyl rocking chair shows normal wear from age and use.
• The 14 office desk chairs display typical signs of extended use such as scuffed bases, worn upholstery, or faded fabric.
• The 8 exam stools show expected cosmetic wear.
• No items have been tested, inspected, or refurbished and all are offered strictly as-is.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
