Condition & Markings

• This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
• The cabinets include the following quantities and measurements: (21) cabinets measuring 76in T x 42in W x 34in D, (2) cabinets measuring 88in T x 42in W x 24in D, (14) cabinets measuring 63in T x 36in W x 12.5in D, (10) cabinets measuring 51.5in T x 36in W x 14in D, and (4) cabinets measuring 63.5in T x 36in W x 14in D.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Property located at 2385 Chamblee Tucker Rd Chamblee, GA 30341. Must enter through security point to access equipment.
• Equipment is in office area and can be loaded via loading dock at rear of building.
• Facility equipped with standard loading dock that can accommodate most box trucks and trailers. Pick-up trucks with attached trailer may have difficulty as there is no operable scissor lift.
• Inspection available Tuesday-Thursday 8:30AM-2:00PM. Hours for pick-up are between 7:30AM-2:30PM, Tuesday-Thursday.
• Must make appointment 48 hours beforehand to request security clearance to view property.
• Anyone who enters the premises must have valid government ID.
• No assistance will be provided besides providing access and directions to facility.
• Must bring own manpower and equipment to load items.
• All items must be acquired the same day.
