Condition & Markings

• This lot is in repairable condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required.
• EZ-GO cart has parts that appear to be missing and/or disconnected, one shattered glass panel, and tires with weathering on treads that hold air.
• Club Car cart has no key, cut battery cables, front passenger tire with cracked sidewall that does not hold air, and front driver tire with cracked sidewall that is off the bead.
• Working condition and other deficiencies are unknown.

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
