Inspection and Removal

• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Items must be picked up after winning bid within 10 days.
• Items are to be loaded to tailgate.
• Vehicle must be able to accommodate standard loading dock only.
• The bidder must show proof of ID upon arrival.
• If a party other than the winning bidder is picking up the items, the bidder must send confirmation email to the designated individual or company prior to arrival to the distribution box.
