This lot contains 122 desk chairs in various styles and colors from multiple manufacturers. The chairs are in used condition. The lot includes 88 grey cloth chairs by Knoll, 7 grey/brown cloth chairs by Savera Synchro-Tilt, 4 blue vinyl chairs by Knoll, 16 black/grey cloth chairs by Knoll, 2 grey dotted pattern cloth chairs by Knoll, and 5 red pattern cloth chairs by Superior Seating.

Condition & Markings

• This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available during building operating hours 8:00am to 3:00pm, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Additional Information: A security clearance is required 48 hours before removal of the property. Vehicle information to load the equipment must be verified 48 hours upon arrival to ensure all equipment can properly be loaded for removal. Anyone entering the building is required to have a valid driver's license or state-issued ID for security clearance. Per IRS policy and guidance, all visitors may be subject to search. The winning bidder is responsible for equipment and labor, removal of all items and the transportation costs. IRS personnel or warehouse staff will not remove any items, load or provide equipment for personal use.
