• Items are posted as is and where it is. Item could potentially be in a secure facility. 24 hours' notice must be granted before viewing or picking up posted items. No Weapons allowed. All visitors must have a valid government issued photo ID. No children allowed. No pets allowed. The winning bidder is responsible for all packing, moving, and loading. Bring appropriate tools and assistance to remove items.
