ONE LOT OF 10 BARRELS OF SPENT BRASS CONSISTING OF: lead, small arms cartridge casings (once fired) estimated weight 7,112 lbs., .40 S&W, cal, 9mm, .38 SPL cal, .223 cal, (10 Barrels). ** Please Note**: this sale for ammunition component will be sold only to companies licensed to perform manufacturing or remanufacturing processes under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. 923, or other federal laws or regulations, or to companies allowed to purchase ammunition components under local and state laws. Bidders will be required to provide the appropriate license, (if required), and sign a statement of certification prior to finalizing the award contract. The care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased. The bidder will hold the government harmless from any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, cost, demands, suits, actions, or other claims of any nature arising from or incident to the handling, use, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other disposition of the items purchased. The successful bidder is responsible for the removal of all property, in accordance with the requirement of the control online sale terms and conditions and the gun act.
