Inspection and Removal

• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Additional Information: Please ensure that you have a vehicle that is at least 3ft tall to upload items from the dock to your vehicle or trailer. The successful bidder will be totally responsible for moving items from the dock to their vehicle or trailer. The entire lot is expected to be removed on the day of pick up.
