This is a countertop warming cabinet originally designed for warming disposable towelettes that has reached the end of its life cycle and has been designated not repairable by internal maintenance.  

The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to [email protected] before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received.
