Overview

This lot contains iron, steel and white goods scrap lot. The scrap is classified in scrap condition. The lot consists of approximately 4.5-5 tons of mixed ferrous and non-ferrous metals including white goods such as air conditioners, microwaves, and refrigerators in non-working condition.

Condition & Markings

• This lot is in scrap condition. Parts are missing.
• The scrap contains mixed ferrous and non-ferrous metals that are not separated.
• White goods including air conditioners, microwaves, and refrigerators are in non-working condition.
• The scrap bin shown in pictures is not included with the scrap and will need to be emptied.
• There may be other missing items or damages not seen or noted during inspection or visible in photos.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• A valid REAL ID Driver's License will be required to enter this property.
• This site requires appointments for viewing and removals with 24-hour notice required.
• Hours are Monday through Thursday 7AM-2:30PM, weather permitting, and closed on holidays.
• No firearms, children or pets are allowed at this site.
• Bidder inspection is highly recommended.
