The system includes XR150DN panel, RJ31X interface, 9060 keypad with 12V transformer, 12V 7AH battery, 16.5VAC transformer, 1100X RF receiver, Optex CX-702 motion detector, nine 1101 transmitters, four roll up door contacts, and 1100R wireless repeater with 12V transformer.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday 0800-1130 & 1300-1430 CHST, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Additional Information: This item is located in Guam and requires local pick-up only. Access pass or ID to military installation is required to pick up the items as the office is located on a military installation. Access passes or IDs are the responsibility of the awarded agency or winning bidder to obtain.
