Property is offered without guarantee, and the receiving agency or buyer assumes responsibility for clinical validation and secondary sterilization prior to human use. • This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
• Items have undergone professional cleaning and sterilization per facility protocols.
• Clinical validation and secondary sterilization required before human use.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Additional Information: Please call 24 hours in advance of picking up property.
