Task Chairs

Overview

One lot consists of (11) Task chairs consisting of (6) Bodybilt, (4) Aereon, and (1) unknown vendor. The chairs are classified in used condition. The chairs show typical signs of office use with varying degrees of wear across the different models.

Condition & Markings

• This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
• This item contains hazardous material.
• The bidder will comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations with respect to the care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased. The bidder will hold the United States harmless from and indemnify the United States against any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, suits, actions, or other claims of any nature arising from or incident to the handling, use, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other disposition of the items purchased.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• It is recommended that equipment is viewed before bidding to ensure compatibility for intended use.
• The successful bidder will need to arrange their own pickup and delivery of the equipment as no assistance is provided with loading or unloading.
