Overview
This lot contains temperature and measurement instruments:
- (2) Omega HH-21 Microprocessor Thermometer (Type J/K/T thermocouple support. A handheld microprocessor-based thermometer that supports thermocouple Types J, K, and T. Features include single thermocouple input; 5-digit LCD with polarity, units, and resolution indicators. Supports full-range resolution to 0.1, built-in temperature trend display (rising/falling/stable). User-selectable thermocouple type, units, and resolution retained after shutdown. Durable drop/splash-proof housing. Powered by a 9 V battery (not included).
- (1) Atkins K Thermocouple Thermometer Model #39658-K. Manufactured by Cooper-Atkins, rugged, handheld thermometer with Type K thermocouple support. Temperature range: -40 to 1832 degrees Fahrenheit. Uses a single AA battery (not included).
- (1) Omega HH-25TF Thermometer, a rugged, handheld microprocessor-based thermometer supporting Type T thermocouples. Uses a 9 V battery (not included). Thermocouple is not included.
- (1) General Radio Company Permissible Sound Level Meter Type 1565-B. a handheld, general purpose sound-level meter. Measures sound levels from 40 to 140 dB SPL with A, B, and C frequency. Does not include connection cables or any calibration tools.
- (1) The Fowler Vibra Tak is a handheld mechanical vibration and tachometer tool, distributed by Verdell Instruments, and built with a compact aluminum body featuring a steel wire reed and knurled tuning slide. It contains no electronics or batteries, relying instead on simple mechanical resonance to measure both rotational speed (RPM) and vibration frequency (CPM).
Condition & Markings
- This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required.
- Instruments were functional when last used but have not been tested recently.
- Batteries are not included with any of the electronic instruments.
- Thermocouples, connection cables, and calibration tools are not included.
- Additional deficiencies are unknown.
Inspection and Removal
- Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
- Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
- Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
- Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
- The condition of the property is not warranted. Pictures are not warranted.
