• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.

• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.

• Additional Information: Inspection and removal are by appointment only, with a minimum 24 hour notice. The purchaser is solely responsible and must make own arrangements for packaging, packing materials, loading, shipping, and all cost incurred.

The successful bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to [email protected] prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification.
