• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Viewing is online only. Visitors must wear masks while on site and remain in their vehicles until told to exit.
• Pickups are by appointment only, 8AM to 2:30PM Monday - Friday, weather permitting, closed holidays.
• For safety reasons this site requires that all travel trailers be pulled by pickup trucks only.
• Due to Homeland Security rules and regulations, supervision is required for all children entering the property location.
• No pets or firearms allowed on this site.
• A 24-hour notice is required for pickups.
• Those acquiring units are responsible for roadworthiness and safety upon removal from the site.
• The property custodian will not assist in making any unit roadworthy.
• Driver must have a signed copy of the Purchaser's Receipt, Authorization to Transport form and a valid driver's license at the time of removal.
