(1) Yale GLP050RGNUAV086 forklift. The forklift is classified in scrap condition. The unit has remained idle for 3 years and was previously danger-tagged during its last safety inspection in June 2022. The forklift exhibits visible cosmetic deterioration, weather exposure, rust, and operational wear throughout.

Condition & Markings

• This lot is in scrap condition. Parts are missing.
• The forklift has a broken operator seat and missing operator manual.
• The hour meter is nonfunctional and gauges are not working.
• The mast guard is damaged and steering cylinder is leaking.
• Hydraulic hoses are worn and steering tires require replacement.
• The horn and backup alarm are inoperative.
• Controls are damaged and unlabeled.
• The seat safety switch is faulty.
• The engine experiences intermittent stalling.
• The battery is improperly secured and no ignition keys are available.
• Visible cosmetic deterioration, weather exposure, rust, and operational wear are observed throughout the forklift.
• The unit is marked with Tag#25JVC.

Inspection and Removal

• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
